LINC is the only NGO working exclusively with women (cis and trans) who identify as lesbian or bisexual in Ireland. With over 20 years’ experience, our aim is to improve the quality of life, health and well-being of our community and to do this with the principles of feminism, social justice and community development at the centre of our work.
In an effort to realise our mission, we design all of our initiatives, activities, events and interactions with four key pillars of focus at the core of our work:

- Safe and Inclusive Spaces for LBTQ Women

Our community centre has been the hearth of our work, creating a safe and accessible space for our community. With a full schedule of events, activities and programmes to suit a variety of interests; we make it our objective to enhance the lives of LBQT women and their families, to strive for a society that is equitable and just.
