About your coach; Helena Dilleen
Helena Dilleen is a qualified Mindfulness Coach. She is also a practising Mental Health First Aid Associate. She found mindfulness to be highly effective in supporting her in managing her work and personal life. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her and those around her, she pursued professional training. Her goal is to share the valuable skillset learned with as many people as possible, helping them to enhance mental clarity, build resilience, and maintain overall well-being.
