Dublin City Council recently held an open submission to find out what PPN member groups thought about its digital strategy. One PPN member group, DCTV, made the following submission.
Brian Greene, of DCTV, kindly agreed to share their submission to other PPN member groups so that others might learn from, and reflect on “how to make a submission”, with the hope that more groups will be empowered to make submissions, in the future.
