17 April, 10.30am – 11.30am: how to prevent your meeting from being railroaded! Handling conflict/conflicting points of view and agendas.
24 April, 10.30am – 11.30am: Breaking the cycle – how to encourage role rotation and more participation within a member group (including encouraging people to step down and to step up).
