A final, gentle reminder that you are more than welcome to register for the PPN Summer Networking Event tomorrow (Thursday 21 May, 6.30pm – 8.30pm). It’s at the Deanery Mews, behind St Patrick’s Cathedral, or online. You are also still welcome to register for the PPN/DCU Summer School next week! Come along to in-person sessions in the mornings or online sessions in the evenings, to find out more about the PPN, network with other member groups, and have some fun!

The PPN Disability Thematic Group (DTG) invite you to come along to their event on Friday 29 May to mark #makewayday The event is from 9.30am – 12.30pm at Finglas Youth Resource Centre and refreshments will be provided. This event is part of Dublin City’s “A thriving city of all festival 2026”, which pays particular focus to those who may face barriers to social inclusion, including young people, older people, people living with disabilities, members of the Traveller Community, migrants and other communities across the city. Sensing Climate is placing disabled people at the forefront of the climate crisis. Sensing Climate is aiming to develop disability-inclusive climate adaptation. Sensing Climate seeks to create safe, enabling and caring spaces to support human exchange and connection. They are bringing people together to explore opportunities to make life better and more socially inclusive, through responses to the climate crisis, rather than deepening or creating new forms of inequality and injustice.
